During this workshop various ochos for him and her. Apart from ochos backward and forward, there are also different directions, tempos, timing, energy and changes in embrace possible for both leader and follower. Paradas are stops, but they often start with an ocho. Not always ofcourse! What are the possibilities? Finally we complete this bootcamp with ornaments for him and her. How, what en when to do ornaments in your dance?
