Advanced Tango Workshop (19.00 – 20.30)

Having problems dancing properly/creative/energetic in crowded milongas? Then this is the workshop you’ve been waiting for! During this workshop we will talk about the options you have while being in a crowded milonga. Not losing energy is a crucial part of dancing in a small space as well as being able to express yourself towards your partner. In the first part of the workshop we will mainly focus on maintaining energy while making small steps. we will also make an introduction of small turns and how to be playful and creative with simple steps, which we will practice and perfect during the second part of the workshop.

-> Where: Dansschool Wesseling, two large rooms with an amazing dance floors are available! The location is a 10 minute walk from Delft Station and is also reachable by bus.
-> When: 16th of June, the doors are open from 19:00 to 22:00. The evenings’ last song will be played at 00:30.
-> Theme: Midsummer Night’s Dream, we suggest wearing something semi-formal with a floral or foresty color scheme, fitting to the theme.

The end of the year is almost upon us and that means it is time for a Blue Suede Shoes Gala! This event is open to all, we will have two large separate rooms in which ballroom and traditional tango music will be played. We start the evening off with a workshop for both dancing styles, so don’t hesitate to bring your non-dancing friends as well! Half way through the night (the exact schedule will be announced later) two amazing performances will be given as well!
